

Australian Institute of Marketing Dynamics (AIMD) was created based on our founder's firm belief that small & medium businesses need a professional level of marketing support
that typically only corporates or larger companies can afford.
The Institute is a team of professionals dedicated to the belief that small and medium businesses deserve the same opportunity as the large corporates.
They also believe that small/medium-sized businesses in regional and rural areas are not given the proper level of marketing opportunities as their city counterparts.
AIMD have designed a 4-Level Membership that can fit in with any-sized businesses' marketing skills and requirements.
We also appreciate that not all businesses' marketing requirements will fit in with these categories, so we are able to design specific programs as well.
The four levels all have a high value but significantly reduced monthly membership fees to enable you to afford to market and build the business.
The 4 different levels of Membership have been created so that as your business grows in marketing itself to the general public, and other businesses, your business's brand and story of uniqueness is told.
It is told in a way that fulfils their needs with your products and services.
AIMD membership levels help spread the message across all formats of marketing that are relevant, not just one focus as most marketing agencies or marketing services suppliers will present to you.

Before we take a look at the 4 levels of Membership, we have a unique program called – it is designed to be able to be undertaken in stages that are applicable to the level of membership.




Find out where your business is at, and where you want it to be. Just like a health check up, we do a marketing diagnostic- so we find the real position so we don't take you down an incorrect path.
This is under total confidentiality of your business. Our analysts/marketing nerds/gurus review and work out the best vision and outcome options.




Then our Senior Team creates that into a Findings & Recommendations Plan to give you the reasons why such recommendations, what can be envisaged as happening in implementation of the plans and a potential outcome view.
Now comes the get together. We meet with you to explain everything so you can have a clear understanding and discuss your thoughts & feelings. We respect you, know your business extremely well, and sometimes an external view may not make initial sense, so that is why we discuss it all and seek your input.




The kickoff or implementation of the program. This is always the hardest, most workload and time consumed part for us. The visual outcome looks simple, but just like your business the client only sees 10 to 20% of what it actually takes.
We will set out for you a series of reviews to see what is working really well and what may not be as good. Then, we adjust to ensure it is relevant and inline with your considered outcomes.


If you compare what we do to be like say a fashion store, there are always changes happening and you have to adapt to what the next level of interest (in a dress shop -fashion) is, otherwise the effectiveness of your marketing drops away. So there are times when we discuss with you a vision review, which lets you see and consider what may be some suggested modifications to your plan that could be worth making in the forthcoming future.
